Return and Refund Policy

At ELBER Pvt Limited, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a product defect or malfunction, you may return the item for a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may return a product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The product is in the same condition as when received.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and components.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number from ELBER Shop or invoice).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@elber.lk before shipping the item back.


Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following cases:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
  • Buyer’s accidental returns.
  • Returning personal items sent mistakenly.
  • Returning items claimed as defective but found to be in working condition upon ELBER’s quality inspection.
  • Returning defective items from international shipments.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved return process).

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or a confirmed defect), ELBER Pvt Limited will cover the return shipping costs.


What You Need to Provide for Returns & After-Sales Service

To process your return or warranty claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • The serial number of the defective item (if applicable).
  • Clear images or videos showing the defect or issue.
  • In some cases, ELBER may require the product to be returned for further inspection.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges will be sent once the returned item is received and verified.
  • If a return does not meet the required conditions, ELBER reserves the right to reject the refund or apply a partial refund.
